Duties

• Engage with customers in both English and Spanish, providing friendly, professional assistance throughout their shopping experience
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of various wireless devices and plans
• Assist customers with selecting the right products and services, upselling where appropriate to maximize customer satisfaction and sales
• Manage POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently
• Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure a visually appealing shopping environment
• Perform stock checks, inventory management, and stocking duties to keep the store well-supplied
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or follow-up calls from customers or vendors Experience
• Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in electronics or grocery store environments
• Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership and team coordination skills
• Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and basic retail math for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish are essential for effective bilingual customer service
• Experience in product demos, upselling techniques, merchandising, and stock management will set you up for success
