Willoughby is a 70+ year independent insurance agency representing dozens of top carriers across personal and commercial lines. We're not a call-center captive shop pushing one product our agents quote multiple carriers, build real relationships, and earn on what they write. We're growing, and we're looking for a driven sales agent to join a team that's modern, fast-moving, and built on systems that actually help you sell. What you'll do

• Quote and sell personal lines (auto, home, bundles) and identify commercial opportunities to hand to our commercial team
• Work warm inbound leads and our marketing-driven pipeline this is not cold-calling from a phone book
• Use modern tools (AgencyZoom CRM, multi-carrier rating) that take the busywork off your plate
• Hit close-rate and bundle targets with real coaching and ride-alongs from sales leadership, not just a quota dropped on your desk What we're looking for
• Competitive, coachable, and money-motivated you want a scoreboard, not a salary cap
• Strong phone presence and follow-through
• Sales experience needed
• NY Property & Casualty license needed
• Base salary + uncapped commission and monthly performance bonuses
• Weekly and monthly sales competitions with real payouts
• A built-out lead pipeline and marketing engine so you spend your time selling, not prospecting from scratch
• Genuine growth path our agents move into commercial lines and leadership Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
