Forgepoint Strategies, an innovative sales and development firm, is seeking a Client Relations Associate to help Raleigh navigate their internet options. Raleigh is one of the few cities with two major fiber providers competing for clients, and AT&T; Fiber offers a competitive edge with wide availability and affordable entry-level plans. The Client Relations Associate also engages with clients in person, helps them compare, and explains why AT&T; Fiber is the smart choice. What the Client Relations Associate Does

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients exploring AT&T; Fiber, creating welcoming interactions that strengthen confidence in every sales opportunity.
• Help clients compare available fiber internet options and ensure each recommendation aligns with their household's long-term connectivity goals.
• Support client onboarding by confirming account details, explaining next steps, and ensuring every new AT&T; Fiber account starts on the right path.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients before and after enrollment to encourage satisfaction, retention, and future sales opportunities.
• Identify account growth opportunities by recommending internet upgrades and additional AT&T; Fiber services when client needs evolve.
• Resolve general account questions with professionalism while delivering a positive experience that reinforces client loyalty. What We're Looking For in the Client Relations Associate
• A high school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong interest in sales or client service is a plus.
• Self-starters who are organized, resilient, and motivated by sales targets.
