About the Role

Mister Loans is a high-performance mortgage company headquartered in Miami, FL. We're building a dedicated team of Commercial Prospectors to drive our loan pipeline through cold calling, relationship building and strategic follow-up. If you're a natural hunter who owns your results and loves the phone this is your opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Make high-volume cold calls to Realtors, investors, CPAs and referral partners confirming availability, need and profile before handing off to the Loan Officer.
• Qualify leads and set appointments for the Loan Officer team classifying prospects before presenting them.
• Manage prospects and follow-up flows in our CRM [please apply online] keeping every stage updated with next action and follow-up date.
• Log daily KPIs: call volume, effective conversations, follow-ups completed and appointments set reporting to leadership daily and weekly.
• Keep pipeline data organized and current identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to the prospecting process.
• Develop and nurture referral relationships across South Florida building a bank of warm leads for future follow-up.

Requirements

• 1+ year of sales, cold calling or business development experience (preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication in English clear, professional and confident.
• Strong phone presence with the ability to handle objections and rejection.
• Organized and able to manage follow-ups independently.
• CRM experience [please apply online] Salesforce, HubSpot or similar).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a significant advantage.
