Overview

Most of your leads are already coming to you. Inbound calls, referrals, existing clients ready to add a policy. Your job is to close them, and when things are quiet, pick up the phone and create your own opportunities. Smith Davis Insurance is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team across personal and commercial lines. If you like helping people make smart decisions, you're driven by results, and you want your paycheck to reflect your effort, this is worth a conversation. No door to door sales, ever. Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads and referral opportunities
• Prospect by phone to generate new business
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand clients' personal and commercial insurance needs
• Quote and present insurance solutions across personal and commercial lines
• Identify and cross sell life insurance opportunities when appropriate
• Follow up consistently and confidently ask for the business
• Build long-term relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business
