: TCZ Marketing Group is a direct sales and marketing company that works on behalf of well-established national nonprofits and mission-driven campaigns. We specialize in in-person, face-to-face sales at retail locations, festivals, and community events to drive donor and customer acquisition. This is not an office job or call center role. It is a field-based position involving direct, in-person customer engagement and sales in public venuesno door-to-door or B2B sales required. Role Summary: As a Field Sales Representative , you'll be on the front lines representing client campaigns, engaging with customers face-to-face, and driving new customer acquisition or donor sign-ups. This is a fast-paced, commission-driven role best suited for individuals who are motivated, outgoing, and ready to grow in a performance-based environment. What You'll Be Doing:

• Promote client services at retail pop-ups, community events, and other high-traffic locations
• Execute face-to-face sales strategies to close new customers or secure donor contributions
• Educate potential customers or donors on the mission, goals, and impact of the campaign you represent
• Track daily performance and participate in coaching to improve sales effectiveness
• Contribute to a positive, high-energy team atmosphere in the field What We Sell: You'll represent campaigns that promote nonprofit organizations , focused on fundraising through recurring donor sign-ups. Sales interactions are consultative, designed to inform and inspire long-term support for causes that matter. Pay Structure:
• Base pay of $600 per week for full-time employees (equivalent to $31,200 annually)
