• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 40+ sales professionals, with full ownership of territory performance.
• Drive revenue growth, expand market share, and build long-term strategic relationships across engineering and manufacturing sectors.
• Develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy, identifying new business opportunities and increasing market penetration. The Candidate:
• Strong background in Commercial HVAC, Pumps, Boilers, Compressors, or MEP systems.
• Proven success in consultative, relationship-driven technical sales.
• A natural leader with the ability to motivate, develop, and elevate high-performing teams.
