Full description of the position

Furniture Fair is hiring a full-time Sales Associate to support showroom operations and assist customers with their furniture needs. This role is a mix of customer service, sales, and maintaining an organized showroom environment. No prior experience is required and training will be provided.

Responsibilities

:

• Assist customers on the showroom floor and provide product information based on their needs and preferences.
• Build customer relationships through follow-up and ongoing communication.
• Proactively reach out to potential and existing customers to support sales efforts.
• Maintain showroom appearance, including organizing displays, tagging floor samples, and keeping the space clean.
• Accurately process sales orders and complete required paperwork.
• Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Qualifications

:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable in a retail sales environment.
• Reliable and willing to learn.

Compensation

:

• Competitive hourly pay PLUS commission.
