Event Sales Assistant Full-Time | In-Person | Promotional Events & Retail Campaigns Looking for a role where you can meet new people, build confidence, and gain valuable sales experience in a fast-paced environment? Our client is growing its promotional events team and is looking for an Event Sales Assistant to support face-to-face sales campaigns across Coral Gables. This is an in-person role focused on promotional sales events, retail activations, and brand campaigns. You'll work directly with customers, representing products and services, creating engaging customer experiences, and helping drive sales through professional, face-to-face interactions. No two days are the same, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a lively, customer-focused environment.

About the Role

As an Event Sales Assistant, you'll represent client campaigns at in-store promotions, retail activations, pop-up events, and other high-footfall promotional locations. You'll be responsible for creating positive customer interactions, introducing products and services, answering questions, and guiding customers through the sales process while delivering an outstanding brand experience. What You'll Be Doing

• Engaging face-to-face with customers at promotional events and retail campaigns
• Representing products and services professionally while building brand awareness
• Explaining current offers, product features, and service options with confidence
• Assisting customers throughout the sales and sign-up process
• Supporting the setup and presentation of promotional displays and event spaces
• Working alongside your team to achieve daily campaign objectives
• Maintaining a professional, energetic presence throughout each campaign
• Attending ongoing coaching sessions focused on sales, communication, and customer engagement What You'll Gain
