Car Sales Consultant (St. Cloud, FL)

Compensation

: $500 Weekly + $500 per car + performance bonuses We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Car Sales Consultant to join our team at LiveCar Auto Group in St. Cloud, FL. This position is perfect for someone who wants high earning potential and enjoys working in a fast- paced automotive environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers throughout the car-buying process with professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the best vehicle options based on lifestyle, budget, and credit.
• Present vehicle features, pricing, and financing options clearly and confidently.
• Take high-quality photos and videos of vehicles for online listings.
• Publish daily ads on Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, DealerCenter, and other platforms.
• Follow up with all leads through phone, text, and WhatsApp to schedule appointments and increase sales.
• Conduct test drives and highlight key vehicle features.
• Negotiate deals while providing honest and transparent service.
• Prepare basic paperwork and assist the manager during the closing process.
• Maintain the lot organized, clean, and ready for customers.
• Work with the team to achieve weekly and monthly goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure strong long-term relationships.

Compensation

• $500 Weekly + $500 per car
• Monthly performance bonuses for meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Unlimited earning potential the more you sell, the more you make.

Requirements

• Experience in car sales is required.
• Speaking Spanish is a strong plus (many customers are Spanish-speaking).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Highly motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
• Valid driver's license.
