Express Employment Professionals is looking for an Inside/Outside Sales Representative to join a team in the Montgomery County, MD area. In this role, you will follow a proven system to help companies with their staffing needs. No direct experience is required, but to be successful, you should be customer-oriented, adaptable, and be driven to meet expected goals. Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00+ per year (base + commission)

Responsibilities

:

• Follow the proven Express Employment Professionals system
• Qualify prospects within assigned sales territory
• Build a consistent pipeline to meet sales goals
• Effectively move prospects through the sales process
• Update and maintain sales & client databases
• Negotiate with potential & existing customers to close sales
• Meet weekly contact metrics, both in-person and by phone
• Stay informed on latest industry developments

Requirements

:

• 2 years of Sales or Customer Service Experience preferred
• Positive, Friendly, Upbeat Attitude
• Valid Driver's License & Own Reliable Transportation
• High School Diploma / GED Required
