Responsibilities

:

• Reach out to leads expecting calls, with unlimited access to those leads provided.
• Conduct consultations with clients to assess their insurance and benefits needs.
• Present and educate on various insurance plans and benefits options, empowering clients to make informed choices.
• Offer continuous customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with leaders and colleagues to ensure continual growth.

Qualifications

• Genuine desire to help people.
• Proficient negotiation skills to effectively close deals.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to analyze client needs and deliver personalized solutions.
• Understanding of sales administration processes and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for outside sales activities.
