If yes, then this opportunity may be the right fit for you. Under the direction of the N.E. Florida Territory Representative, the Territory Sales Associate's role is to provide assistance with customer service, prospecting and selling, marketing and advertising, early renewal performance, and increasing yearly net account growth. The chosen Associate will be sociable, confident and able to adapt to an ever changing, fast passed schedule.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

:

• Maintain professionalism, diplomacy, sensitivity and tact to portray company in a positive manner
• Manage communications and information to and from customers, prospects and home office
• Provide exceptional customer service via on-site visits, virtual, phone and email
• Schedule events, customer service and sales appointments
• Organize and update calendars, plan travel to ensure optimum time efficiency
• Assist at scheduled company and customer events
• Travel throughout territory to meet with existing customers
• Obtain customer and prospect data, and maintain databases and CRM
• Write and submit contracts on time
• Assist in preparing proposals and sales presentations
• Assist with resigning yearly and term service and product agreements
• Pick up and deliver products to customers and prospects
• Train customers to use company's software, services and products
• Monitor and report account performance
• Virtually attend weekly sales meetings
• Attend company's summer and winter meetings
• Attend industry trade shows
• Occasional overnight travel may be required
• Other duties may be assigned as needed

Requirements

: Excellent customer service skills Highly motivated and target driven Personable and friendly Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills At least two years sales experience Familiarity with CRM practices Ability to build productive professional relationships Relationship management skills and openness to feedback Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Reliable transportation Must pass drug screen and background check Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
