Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our team. This role is essential in driving customer engagement and fostering relationships that lead to increased sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for negotiation, and the ability to effectively manage customer interactions through various channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to customer inquiries via phone, email, text, and online platforms (under 5 minutes).
• Assist customers with vehicle selection by providing accurate product information.
• Follow up with potential buyers to promote offers and encourage sales.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and repeat business.
• Achieve and exceed appointment and sales performance goals.
• Accurately log all interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and finance teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. Skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enhancing the ability to connect with a diverse customer base.
• Strong phone etiquette that reflects professionalism and courtesy during all interactions.
• Negotiation skills that facilitate successful deal closures while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with dealership operations and sales management processes is advantageous.
• Proficient in using software tools for tracking leads, managing customer data, and reporting outcomes.
• A background in sales with a proven track record of achieving targets is preferred.
