Overview

: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Client Manager - Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance and a passion for delivering consultative service to existing clients. In this role, you will manage client accounts, process policy changes, identify coverage gaps, and recommend cross-sell and upsell opportunities that align with each client's needs. You will play a key role in client retention by providing personalized insurance solutions. This position is relationship-focused and does not involve cold calling. Location: Depending on experience, this position offers a hybrid work arrangement with the option for fully remote work.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Conduct thorough insurance reviews with clients to identify coverage gaps and ensure adequate protection.
• Develop and implement proactive retention strategies to minimize policy cancellations and renewals.
• Cross-sell additional insurance products to meet the evolving needs of clients and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver timely solutions.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and product enhancements to effectively advise clients.

Qualifications

:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a focus on account management and customer retention.
• Strong understanding of insurance products, coverage options, and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting performance metrics.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
