Salary: $26 - 29 per hour + none Reference: S_177213 A growing electrical wholesale distributor in Gainesville, GA is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative with a background in electrical products and proven sales success. This role is responsible for supporting contractors, walk-in customers, and internal teams by providing product knowledge, generating quotes, processing orders, and driving revenue through exceptional customer service and relationship building. This position is ideal for someone who understands the electrical supply industry and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. IND123

Responsibilities

: Serve as the primary point of contact for inside sales inquiries Provide knowledgeable support on electrical products, materials, and applications Prepare and follow up on quotes, bids, and pricing requests Process customer orders accurately and efficiently Build and maintain relationships with contractors, electricians, and vendors Recommend products, upsell solutions, and identify opportunities to increase sales Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse, and outside sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction Assist walk?in customers at the sales counter Resolve customer issues, returns, and product questions promptly Maintain up to date knowledge of inventory, pricing, and industry trends Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Skills: Experience in electrical wholesale distribution Familiarity with contractor sales and project-based quoting Knowledge of local Gainesville/Northeast Georgia electrical market Prior experience supporting outside sales teams Education: High School Experience: 4-7 years

Qualifications
