Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Commercial Sales Manager to lead our business-to-business (B2B) sales efforts within the commercial truck industry. In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute sales strategies to expand our enterprise client base, manage key accounts, and drive revenue growth. Your leadership will inspire our sales team to meet and exceed ambitious goals while fostering strong customer relationships through innovative solutions and strategic negotiations.

Duties

• Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive sales strategies tailored for enterprise and corporate clients in the commercial truck sector
• Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing coaching on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key clients through proactive communication, tailored solutions, and exceptional customer service
• Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, networking events, and industry insights to expand our B2B footprint
• Oversee the use of sales management systems such as Salesforce Cloud and CRM tools to track pipeline activity, forecast revenue, and generate detailed sales analytics & reporting
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, service departments, and technical teams to develop targeted campaigns and customized solutions for clients
• Negotiate deals effectively to close high-value contracts while ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives Experience
• Proven track record in outside sales within the commercial truck or related heavy equipment industry
• Extensive management experience leading sales teams in a corporate or enterprise environment
• Strong background in B2B sales, business development management, and account management with a focus on technical or SaaS products
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals through strategic planning and execution
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM system, sales analytics & reporting tools, and other sales management systems
• Exceptional negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities at all organizational levelsincluding executive leadership
• Experience with enterprise selling strategies in a technology-driven or industrial setting is highly desirable
