Overview

We are seeking an energetic, driven, and relationship-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team in Raleigh. In this role, you will be the face of our company. Your main mission is to build strong relationships with key referral sourcessuch as insurance agents, plumbers, property managers, and real estate professionalsto ensure our company is their first call when water damage strikes.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and Maintain Network: Route and visit local insurance agencies, plumbing companies, and property management firms to secure recurring referral business.
• Local Market Growth: Identify new commercial and residential lead opportunities across Raleigh, Cary, Durham, and surrounding areas.
• Relationship Management: Represent the company at local networking groups, trade shows, and community events.
• CRM Tracking: Document all marketing activities, notes, and follow-ups in our sales database. What We Look For
• Experience: 13 years of face-to-face sales, route marketing, or business development experience (experience in restoration, construction, or insurance is a major plus, but not required).
• Personality: High energy, outgoing, and resilient. You must love meeting new people daily.
• Location: Must live in or near Raleigh, NC, and have a deep familiarity with the local market.

Requirements

: Clean driving record and valid driver's license (essential for field travel).

• Base Salary: $40,000 per year
• Uncapped Commission: 5% commission on all generated revenue (huge earning potential in the restoration industry!)
