Entry Level Sales Associate Company: Shik Consulting Start Immediately | Must Commute Daily to Landover Office About the Opportunity: Shik Consulting is a fast-growing, face-to-face promotions and sales firm. We specialize in live, in-person sales campaigns across the MD/DC area where people live, shop, and work. We are currently seeking motivated, goal-driven individuals to join our expanding team as Entry Level Sales Associates. This is not a desk job. You'll be on the move, engaging with people in retail environments, community spaces, workplaces, and live events. • Representing well-known brands through in-person, face-to-face interactions across Maryland and Washington, DC
• Working in high-traffic areas including retail locations, community centers, and business districts
• Acquiring new customers or long-term donors (depending on the campaign)
• Meeting and exceeding daily and weekly targets in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Handling rejection with professionalism and persistence resilience is key
