Overview

We are seeking detail-oriented Real Estate Legal Agent to join our dynamic team. This role involves drafting real estate documents for lawyers, communicating with clients, and other additional assistance necessary for closings. Experience

  • Prior experience in a law firm preferred
  • Prior experience with real estate closing preferred
  • Understanding of the residential real estate market as well as industry standards for closing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organizational skills with a focus on managing multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining accuracy
  • Administrative experience related to property documentation, legal filings, and transaction coordination. Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Work Location: In person
