Job Summary

Appointment Setter / Phone Sales Home Improvement Program We are a fast-growing construction company looking for a sharp and motivated phone sales professional to join our team. If you have experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or phone sales and know how to turn conversations into booked appointments, we want to hear from you. Our company works with homeowners interested in improving their homes through special improvement programs. Your role will be to connect with these homeowners, qualify their needs, and set appointments for our project consultants.

Responsibilities

• Call homeowners who requested information about our home improvement program
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales team
• Handle objections and keep conversations engaging
• Follow up with leads who didn't answer or need additional information
• Update lead status in our CRM system

Requirements

• Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or phone sales
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners over the phone
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation
