About the Position: The Inside Sales Supervisor is responsible for managing sales team who reach customers by phone or online, rather than traveling to meet them face-to-face.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure internal policies and procedures are adhered to by the team.
• Handle and resolve escalated customer issues.
• Trains inside sales staf
• Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement.
• Assist Sales Director to implement inside sales incentive programs and goals.
• Assist in running Sales Reporting utilizing ERP system/PowerBI
• Work with the Marketing Manager to create a monthly marketing calendar to use for communications with customers.
• Help pre-qualify cold calls. Position
