Airswift is seeking a driven Field Sales Representative to join our client's business across West Texas and the Permian Basin. This role is focused on developing new customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions to clients in the oil & gas and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate is a motivated, relationship-focused sales professional who thrives in a field-based environment and is eager to grow with a rapidly expanding company. Some responsibilities include

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Conduct on-site visits to assess client needs and present customized solutions.
• Manage sales pipeline activity, collaborate with operations teams, and drive revenue growth within the assigned territory. Key

Requirements

• Experience in field sales, business development, or account management.
• Preferred background in industrial services, chemicals, oil & gas, energy, or related industries.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and solution-selling skills.
• Ability to travel regularly throughout the territory.
• Must live in Midland, TX and possess a valid driver's license.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in a STEM-related field. Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
