Commercial Roofing Service Sales Manager Join a growing team as a Commercial Roofing Service Sales Manager , where you'll lead business development efforts, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth within our roofing service division.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business and grow service division sales
• Conduct commercial roof inspections and condition assessments
• Develop and present repair proposals, maintenance programs, and service recommendations
• Manage customer relationships and provide exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle
• Track sales activities, follow-ups, and client communications
• Coordinate scheduling, inspections, data collection, and proposal development
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Mentor team members and support a high-performance culture
• Monitor performance metrics, forecast revenue, and report results to leadership
• Identify process improvements that enhance efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial roofing, including roofing systems and repair methods
• Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Professional conflict-resolution and customer service skills
• Understanding of OSHA safety requirements (OSHA 10 preferred)
• Valid driver's license required

Work Environment

• Approximately 20% field work / 80% office-based , depending on project needs. BONUSES BASED ON SALES PERFORMANCE! $100k to $140k per year annual salary.
• Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law. Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
