Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided scripts and data lists to generate interest and schedule appointments
• Engage with customers professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions, including scheduling details and client preferences, using our CRM systems
• Follow up with leads via email or phone to confirm appointments and provide additional information as needed
• Collaborate with sales and customer support teams to ensure smooth handoffs and maximize client engagement opportunities
• Manage data entry tasks accurately, updating client information promptly in databases
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, clarifying details, and ensuring a positive experience for all prospects Skills
