Job Summary

: Eloise is seeking an enthusiastic, customer focused Sales Associate who thrives in a fun, fast paced retail environment. As part of our team, you'll help create an exciting shopping experience centered around blind boxes, collectibles, and plushies. In this role, you will assist customers with product selection, process transactions accurately, maintain visually appealing merchandise displays, and support daily store operations. We're looking for someone energetic, dependable, and team oriented who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and contributing to a positive, engaging store atmosphere. Responsibilities

: Promptly greet and assist customers: Acknowledge their presence immediately, offer assistance, and efficiently manage multiple customers at once. Offer suggestions, product knowledge, help customers locate merchandise throughout the store, and provide tailored recommendations. Engage with customers on current promotions to drive sales and create a positive environment for all customers. Ability to be crossed trained in various areas of the store. Maintain a neat, clean, and organized register area. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point of sale systems. Maintain assigned section in-stock and presentable at all times. Clean by dusting and wiping down shelves or tables daily. Keeps the store's visual merchandising standards by maintaining product displays clean and attractive. Accurately process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor by ticketing and using security tags. Ability to access and organize stock in storage areas, ensuring efficient retrieval and placement while following safety protocols. Complete opening and closing procedures in a timely manner. Communicate clearly with coworkers and management using a walkie. Support store management team to prevent potential loss and prevent theft. Responsible for the protection of store merchandise in the assigned section by preventing inventory shrinkage due to theft or accidents. Available to work a flexible schedule that supports the business needs, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel as necessary. Required Skills/
