We are looking for a Senior Outside Sales Representative who knows how to build relationships, close business, and grow an established territory. What You'll Sell

• Premium Hardwood Flooring
• Carpet
• Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT)
• Flooring solutions for custom homes, renovations, and commercial projects

What You'll Do

• Develop new business while growing existing builder, designer, and commercial accounts.
• Call on custom home builders, architects, designers, remodelers, and commercial contractors.
• Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business.
• Manage projects from product selection through installation.
• Represent a company known for quality, reliability, and exceptional customer service. What We're Looking For
• 15+ years of outside sales experience (flooring, building materials, construction, or related industry preferred).
• Existing relationships with builders, designers, or commercial contractors are highly desirable.
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Self-starter with a professional appearance and a results-driven mindset.
