About the Role

We're looking for a driven, customer-focused Trailer Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll help customers find the right trailer for their needs while actively marketing inventory online. If you enjoy consultative selling, working with tangible products, and building a long-term career in sales, this is a great opportunity with strong earning potential and quality products from manufacturers like: Sure-Trac, Look, Griffin, Rice, Hillcrest and more.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and identify their trailer needs
• Recommend and sell utility, cargo, equipment, dump, or specialty trailers
• Explain features, pricing, financing, and warranty options
• Prepare quotes, complete sales paperwork, and close deals
• Follow up with leads and past customers
• Market trailers by creating and posting listings on Facebook Marketplace
• Respond to online inquiries generated from Marketplace posts
• Maintain knowledge of inventory and product specifications
• Work closely with the service and operations team What We're Looking For
• Sales experience preferred (automotive, RV, equipment, or trailer sales a plus)
• Comfortable using Facebook Marketplace and social media for sales and lead generation
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• Comfortable working toward sales goals and commissions
• Basic computer skills (CRM, email, invoicing systems)
• Valid driver's license Nice to Have (But Not Required)
• Experience in trailer, automotive, RV, or equipment sales
• Knowledge of towing, hitches, or DOT requirements
