Duties and Responsibilities

• Drive unit sales and F&I; profit by following all sales processes.
• Ensure that all customers receive premium customer service experience.
• Conduct four square negotiation process with all customers.
• Hiring, training, and motivation of sales associates.
• Inventory Management
• Supervisory responsibilities

Requirements

• Experience with retail sales and inventory management.
• Experience with dealer management system software or ability to learn quickly.
• CRM experience
• Strong multitasking skills
• Valid license with motorcycle endorsement
• This is a commission-based position - anticipated salary range between $75k-$130k. Physical Demands and
