Bearatypus Sales and Management is looking for a charismatic and sales- oriented AT&T; Sales Representative to join our expanding AT&T; Fiber team. In this role, you will be riding the momentum of one of the fastest-growing metros in the entire and bring AT&T; Fiber's 100% fiber-optic internet directly to the locals who genuinely need a better internet service. Responsibilities

:

• Work a combination of pre-scheduled warm customer appointments and self-generated in-person leads.
• Lead sales conversations that uncover a customer's internet issues, then recommend the plan or service that fits their needs and budget.
• Close AT&T; Fiber enrollments on the spot with accuracy and professionalism.
• Build a personal lead pipeline through consistent, territory-focused face-to-face activity.
• Represent both Bearatypus Sales and Management and the AT&T; brand with warmth and professionalism.
• Show up to every team meeting, product training session, and performance coaching huddle to improve sales skills and performance. AT &T; Sales Representative

Qualifications

:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Strong communication and people skills with the ability to market AT&T; products and services
• Self-accountable and personally motivated by results
• Coachable and growth-hungry with a real openness to mentorship
• Adaptable and can handle customer rejections smoothly
• Team and goal oriented that will have the ability to hit or exceed targets and market AT&T; individually and as a group. Pay: $3,400.00 - $5,200.00 per month Work Location: In person
