About the Opportunity Curry Chevrolet is looking for a driven, experienced, and people-focused Sales Manager to join our leadership team. What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals
• Desk deals and structure transactions effectively
• Monitor daily activity, appointments, closing ratios, and gross performance
• Work closely with F&I; and BDC departments to maximize results
• Train and develop sales staff on process, product knowledge, and customer experience
• Ensure high CSI and maintain strong customer relationships
• Help recruit and onboard top sales talent
• Maintain a positive, competitive, and accountable showroom culture What We're Looking For
• Previous automotive sales management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven track record of driving sales performance
• Experience desking deals and working with lender structures
• High energy, self-motivated, and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment
• CDK and VinSolutions experience is a plus
