Grand Forks Subaru Subaru Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom, on the lot, and through digital inquiries.
• Build strong relationships with customers by listening to their needs and presenting Subaru vehicles that best fit their lifestyle.
• Conduct product presentations, test drives, and explain Subaru features, technology, and benefits.
• Guide customers through the sales process, from initial consultation to vehicle delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of Subaru models, trim levels, features, and financing options.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat/referral business.
• Achieve monthly sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
• Utilize CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive sales experience preferred but not required we provide training.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Goal-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Comfortable learning and using technology (CRM, tablets, virtual sales tools).
