What You'll Do

as a Bilingual Retail Sales Representative

• Welcome customers in a retail setting and learn about their internet and connectivity needs.
• Explain Frontier products, services, and current promotions.
• Recommend solutions based on each customer's lifestyle and usage.
• Complete new customer enrollments and account updates accurately.
• Deliver a positive customer experience from start to finish.
• Stay informed on new products, promotions, and service offerings.
• Work with your team to achieve individual and store sales goals. What We're Looking For in a Bilingual Retail Sales Representative
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
