Responsibilities

Assist customers in finding furniture that meets their needs and preferences Provide product information, including features, benefits, and care instructions Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and display areas Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat business Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals Stay informed about current promotions, new arrivals, and industry trends

Requirements

2+ years experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture Experience in commission based sales Competitive and results oriented Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Be available to work retail hours which include weekends Strong customer service orientation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends Basic knowledge of furniture styles and trends is a plus Positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills Reliable transportation Open availability Be able to type 40+ WPM Expected pay range: $50,000 - $65,000 a year. Commission with a base
