Position Summary

:

• The sales Coordinator supports Sales Director by assisting with lead generation, customer outreach, sales pipeline management, market research, proposal preparation, and customer relationship activities. This role works closely with sales, operations, and marketing teams to support growth initiatives and ensure a high level of customer service. Position

Responsibilities

:

• Support lead generation efforts through prospecting, research, and networking activities.
• Maintain accurate customer and prospect information within CRM systems.
• Coordinate customer meetings, presentations, and follow-up communications.
• Assist with preparing proposals, pricing packages, presentations, and RFP responses.
• Research target markets, competitors, and potential customers.
• Track sales activities and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Support customer onboarding and implementation activities.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, trade shows, and business development initiatives.
• Serve as a secondary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests.
• Assist with account management and customer retention activities. Essential Skills and Experience: Education
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Supply Chain or Logistics preferred. Skills
• 13 years of experience in sales support, business development or customer service
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in transportation, logistics, brokerage, or supply chain industries.
• Experience supporting customer presentations and proposal development. Nonessential Skills and Experience:
