Requirements

• A positive outlook on life and work is required, if this isn't you please don't apply.
• You must love motorcycles, especially Harley-Davidson, and have the ability to convey this feeling to your customers.
• Work with your customers to determine the perfect Harley-Davidson motorcycle.
• Follow up with customers via email and phone every day.
• Complete daily phone call requirements to invite customers to the dealership for events and promotions.
• Take customers on test rides.
• Have a valid motorcycle license or be able to get one by the time you start.
• Some riding experience is required. Working every Saturday is required. Working every other Sunday is required. You will have 2 days off every week. This is a full time position; benefits include health/dental/life insurance, employee discount program, paid time off, paid vacation, and retirement profit sharing plan. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
