Customer Experience & Sales Coordinator Induction Hardware | Reno, NV | In-Person | Full-Time MondayFriday 9:00 AM 4:00 PM Salary: $45,000$55,000/year THE OPPORTUNITY Induction Hardware is a fast-growing premium appliance brand and we're hiring someone who can keep up. This role sits at the intersection of sales and customer experience: you're managing our online storefront, fielding calls, resolving issues, and making sure every person who interacts with us walks away impressed. WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Online storefront management support day-to-day operations across our e-commerce platform, keeping listings, orders, and customer-facing details accurate and up to date
• Phone and email be the first voice and first response for inbound customer inquiries, handled with speed and professionalism
• Social media responsiveness monitor and respond to customer questions, comments, and DMs across platforms
• Issue resolution own problems through to resolution, whether it's a shipping delay, a return, or a frustrated customer who just needs someone to actually help them
• Sales support guide customers through product questions and purchasing decisions with confidence and product knowledge
• Process improvement flag what's breaking, suggest fixes, and help build a better operation as we scale YOU'RE THE ONE IF YOU
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and don't need someone looking over your shoulder
• Have experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role and are genuinely good at it
• Communicate clearly and confidently on the phone, in writing, and online
