Duties

• Engage with prospective clients to promote private insurance products, including Limited Benefit products, ACA, Medicare, and Life Insurance products.
• Conduct thorough needs analysis by asking targeted questions to understand clients' insurance requirements and financial goals.
• Present customized insurance options, clearly explaining coverage details, benefits, and policy terms to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating customer records, and maintaining accurate documentation within CRM systems.
• Stay current on industry regulations, insurance products, and compliance standards like HIPAA and state-specific regulations to ensure ethical sales practices.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies that expand client base through telemarketing campaigns and community engagement initiatives. Skills
• Proven experience in telemarketing with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong verbal skills combined with excellent communication abilities to build rapport and close deals confidently.

• Solid understanding of insurance regulation, particularly for FFM/CMS
• Knowledge of benefits administration and customer service principles to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
• Analysis skills for assessing client needs accurately and recommending suitable coverage options.
