Overview

Retail Associates play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience. You'll assist customers, keep the sales floor organized, and help support daily store operationsincluding social media content.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service

• Assist customers with outfits and style questions
• Organize racks and merchandise clothing
• Operate the register and educate customers on how to sell items to Uptown Cheapskate
• Assist with social media content including TikToks, Reels, and posts
• Keep fitting rooms organized and running smoothly
