Key Responsibilities

:

• Assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle that fits their needs and budget
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and returning clients
• Stay informed on vehicle inventory, features, and market trends
• Conduct test drives and provide in-depth knowledge of vehicle features
• Meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
• Handle sales transactions and paperwork efficiently

Qualifications

:

• Previous sales experience (automotive sales experience preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
