About the Role

This is a pure business development position focused on generating new relationships and expanding our footprint. You will represent a company that already delivers:

• Paving
• Sealcoating
• Sweeping
• Full pavement maintenance solutions Your role is to make sure the right people in Reno know it.
• Your Mission You will take ownership of building relationships with key decision-makers across the Reno market, including:
• General Contractors
• Commercial Property Managers
• Facility Managers
• Developers This includes:
• Proactive outreach (calls, visits, networking)
• Introducing our services to new accounts
• Building and maintaining relationships
• Consistent follow-up to create opportunities Your focus: build and develop a strong pipeline of opportunities. Our estimating and operations teams will handle executionso you can stay focused on growth.
• Territory Ownership You will take ownership of the Reno market and become a recognized presence within:
• Commercial property management groups
• Construction firms
• Development companies
• Facility operations teams Success in this role means becoming the go-to contact for pavement solutions in Reno.
