Top of the Leaderboard Sales Winner Needed Steinel America is seeking a leader for the Western United States to grow sales for its Industrial Heat Tools business. The successful candidate has a passion for winning with customers by developing relationships and becoming a trusted value-add resource who follows up and gets things done. The successful candidate will build the Western territory by attracting and enabling top producing 3rd party reps, working closely with industry leading distributors to tap into end customer sales opportunities and directly hunting down the biggest opportunities. The leader must be a motivated self-starter who excels in a fast-paced environment. The winner will deliver exceptional value to the customer and become a trusted advisor by providing solutions and information to the customer in a timely and diligent manner. The successful candidate will travel to top markets across Western states with a strategic focus on prioritizing time where the returns will be the greatest. The Western Leader will be dynamically able to drive results in multiple end customer industries including Commercial Roofing, Electronics & Medical Device Manufacturing, Automotive, and Aerospace and Defense.
