Technical Sales Representative South Alabama & Northwest Florida Transit & Level Clinic Territory: South Alabama to Jacksonville, Florida Preferred Home Base: Pensacola, FL Area Position Type: Full-Time | Field-Based Help Customers Build Smarter. Transit & Level Clinic is seeking a motivated Technical Sales Representative to serve customers throughout South Alabama and Northern Florida. While the territory extends to Jacksonville, candidates located in or near the Pensacola area are strongly preferred due to the central location within the territory. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and working directly with professionals in the construction and surveying industries. You'll be more than a salespersonyou'll become a trusted advisor, helping customers choose the right technology, equipment, software, repairs, rentals, and support solutions that keep their projects moving.

What You'll Do

• Develop new business while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
• Travel throughout South Alabama and Northern Florida conducting customer visits, job-site meetings, and equipment demonstrations
• Learn customer operations and recommend solutions that improve productivity and efficiency
• Present Leica Geosystems and complementary technology solutions
• Identify opportunities for equipment sales, rentals, software, service contracts, repairs, and training
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and product recommendations
• Manage a healthy sales pipeline using company CRM tools
• Work closely with technical support, repair technicians, inventory, and operations to deliver exceptional customer service
• Attend trade shows, contractor events, industry meetings, and networking opportunities
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technology, and competitor activity Travel

Requirements

This is a regional field sales position requiring regular travel throughout South Alabama and Northern Florida, including the Jacksonville market. Applicants must be comfortable with:

• Daily travel throughout the assigned territory
• Regular overnight travel
• Independent route planning and territory management
• Meeting customers at offices, construction sites, and project locations Overnight travel is an essential part of this position. To support your success, Transit & Level Clinic provides:

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in outside sales, technical sales, account management, or business development
• Comfortable learning and demonstrating technical equipment and software
• A strong communicator who enjoys building lasting customer relationships
• Self-motivated with excellent organization and time-management skills
• Comfortable working independently throughout a large territory
• Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Willing to travel extensively and stay overnight when business requires
• In possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record Preferred Experience Experience in any of the following is highly valued:
