Compensation

As we accelerate our Mexico expansion, we are seeking a high-caliber bilingual leader who can build meaningful investor relationships, close franchise agreements, and ensure every new gym opens at world-class standards. This is a rare opportunity to shape the growth of a global brand in one of Latin America's most dynamic markets. The Role As Director of Expansion, you will be the primary architect of World Gym's franchise growth throughout Mexico. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will own the complete franchise pipeline from first prospecting call to grand opening day. You bring a bilingual presence, entrepreneurial drive, and the operational discipline to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. This is not a support role it is the engine of our national growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive franchise lead generation and own the full sales cycle from prospecting to signed agreement
• Guide investors and prospects through every stage of franchise acquisition in both Spanish and English
• Coordinate new gym openings across Mexico on time, on budget, and on brand
• Supervise legal, financial, and operational compliance for each franchisee
• Serve as strategic liaison between franchisees, suppliers, and third-party vendors (construction, imports, equipment)
• Provide hands-on operational support during initial gym launch phases to ensure a successful start
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and execution quality across the franchise portfolio
• Develop and implement expansion strategies tailored to the Mexican market
• Train, advise, and mentor new franchisees on core business processes and brand standards
• Report franchise performance KPIs and growth metrics directly to executive leadership

Requirements

• Fluent Spanish speaker native or near-native proficiency required; English bilingual preferred
• Proven experience in franchise expansion, business development, or multi-unit operational management
• Strong skills in negotiation, relationship building, and executive communication
• Deep understanding of financial modeling, P&L; accountability, and operational workflows
• Ability to manage multiple high-complexity projects simultaneously
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout Mexico
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Las Vegas, NV
