Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting tile and related products for residential and commercial projects.
• Provide design guidance and product recommendations based on client needs and project goals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
• Maintain an organized, attractive, and welcoming showroom environment.
• Assist with inventory management, price list updates, and product organization.
• Perform light clerical duties and general administrative tasks.
• Support showroom upkeep through light cleaning and daily maintenance.

Requirements

• Strong design sense with the ability to coordinate colors, materials, and finishes.
• Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable wearing many hats.
• Basic math skills necessary for accurate measurements and cost calculations.
• Ability to lift and move tile samples and materials of varying sizes and weights.
