Business Development/Sales Manager - Home Care Base Salary: $90,000/year Base Pay + Commission The Business Development Manager seeks new business opportunities by establishing a network and relationships with the community to find potential clients. He or she will coordinate and execute lead generation activities, including client visits, presentations, calls, and emails. Job Function:

Responsibilities

include, but are not limited to:

• Connect and develop relationships with contacts at Assisted Living Facilities, Hospitals, Communities, and other places to help get more clients for the company.
• Introduce/Present the company to prospective clients, referral partners, and other organizations.
• Research on the current trend such as target market, potential and existing clients' needs, and economic condition for new strategies related to the business development of our company.
• Identify opportunities for campaigns and services that will drive an increase in sales.
• Set weekly meetings to update the Executive Team regarding your plans and progress.
• Daily update on the CRM for meetings and interactions.
• Send out a plan/schedule for the week every Monday & end of the week progress report every Friday

Qualifications

:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant experience
• With a strong background in Healthcare, or Home Care Industry. Territory:
• Santa Clara County
• San Mateo County
