• Deliver a high-level member experience from start to finish
• Convert leads into members with confidence and consistency
• Book and manage Intro classes with strong follow-through
• Give polished, professional studio tours
• Build relationships that drive long-term retention
• Support events and ongoing community engagement
• Keep the studio running smoothly, clean, and elevated
