Shearer Volkswagen | South Burlington, VT | Full-time Join Vermont's largest Volkswagen dealer. If you are motivated, coachable, and want a real career with strong earning potential, we want to meet you. No automotive sales experience required. If you have dealership experience, you can ramp up fast. If you are new, we will train you.

Compensation

Two pay plan options:

• Commission Plan: Uncapped earning potential tied directly to performance
• Salary + Volume Bonus Plan: $1,000 per week base salary plus additional volume bonuses and performance incentives Typical earnings range: $65,000$100,000+ depending on performance. Schedule
• Full-time, in person
• Scheduled about 42 hours per week (includes a 30-minute lunch)
• One consistent weekday off (same day every week) plus Sundays off

What You Will Do

• Welcome customers and guide them through a simple, professional buying process
• Learn Volkswagen products and match customers with the right vehicle
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Follow up with customers by phone, text, and email using our CRM
• Create a great delivery experience and earn repeat business and referrals
• Work with management and Finance to structure deals and finalize paperwork What We Are Looking For
• Strong communication and a customer-first attitude
• Coachable, reliable, and comfortable working toward goals
• Willing to learn a structured sales process and follow up consistently
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Preferred: Automotive dealership sales experience, CRM experience, or any sales background Why Shearer Volkswagen
