Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients to provide tailored solutions based on individual needs
• Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records of communications
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up
• Demonstrate strong communication skills while presenting product information and addressing customer inquiries
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction
• Present product offerings and explain the value in a clear, client-friendly manner
• Stay updated on industry trends and technology sales techniques to effectively communicate value propositions
• Participate in regular training sessions to sharpen your skills and industry knowledge
• Work with a supportive team to meet and exceed sales goals

Qualifications
