Total Wireless in Meadville, PA is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll help customers find the best wireless plans, smartphones, and accessories to fit their needs while providing an outstanding in-store experience. Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service.
• Recommend wireless plans, devices, accessories, and protection plans based on customer needs.
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals.
• Process activations, upgrades, payments, and account changes accurately.
• Educate customers on device features, promotions, and services.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Handle cash and operate the point-of-sale system.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally.
• Stay informed about current promotions, products, and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail or sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a passion for helping customers.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. Pay: $30,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
